Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered by Monta Living. Monta Living is operated by Velo Goods Retail.

Shipping Destination

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

Orders can only be placed with a delivery address within the United Kingdom.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed in 1–3 business days.

Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparing the parcel for dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or peak seasonal periods.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days.

This total includes:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Where available, you can track your shipment using the tracking link in your dispatch email or via our tracking page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs where possible.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, this may result in delays or failed delivery.

If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has started.
